Shipping policy

We deliver to UK addresses shown as serviceable at checkout. Orders are usually prepared in 1–3 business days. Standard delivery generally takes 5–12 business days after dispatch. The checkout page shows the applicable GBP charge and the best available estimate for your location.

A tracking link may follow in a separate email. If the tracking status does not move for several days, contact us with the order number. Please check that your name, flat number, street, and postcode are complete; a carrier may return an incorrectly addressed parcel and charge for a second delivery.

Import VAT, customs duty, and carrier fees are shown at checkout when Shopify can calculate them. Otherwise, any amount demanded by the destination carrier is payable by the recipient. Delays caused by customs, weather, strikes, or other events beyond our reasonable control do not create an automatic refund, but we will work with you and the carrier.
