Refund policy

Email shilohjordan7361@outlook.com before returning any order. For a UK distance purchase, you may cancel within 14 days of receiving it and return the goods within 14 further days. Our additional goodwill policy accepts unused, resalable items within 30 days, provided they are packed safely with accessories and labels.

For a change-of-mind return, return postage is normally paid by you. If we sent the wrong product or it arrived faulty or damaged, we arrange or reimburse a reasonable return method. A statutory cancellation refund includes standard outbound delivery, not an optional premium upgrade. We issue refunds to the original method after receipt, normally within 14 days.

Faulty or misdescribed goods remain protected by the Consumer Rights Act 2015; depending on the problem we may repair, replace, reduce the price, or refund. Sealed products opened for hygiene reasons are not eligible for change-of-mind cancellation, but this does not affect fault remedies.
